Overtime, our computers tend to act slow and behave differently as compared to its initial actions. As we know, there are several causes that hamper the speed of our systems; here are some common areas that shall be concentrated upon to carry out troubleshooting before you feel that your system needs an up gradation.

Excessive production of heat by the processor: Nowadays, the processors emit so much heat, which certainly needs a cooling element to equalize the same, resulting into slow or erratic functioning of the computer. This can be due to dust, some kind of problem with the fan motor or jiggling fan bearings. So one should always keep an eye on the temperature of the processor.

Corrupted RAM: RAM can get corrupted because of various Issues such as it functions slowly as compared to the speed of the machine, or it may possess some minor issues that can be detected by detailed examination of the same, or it may be the case of simple excessive heating.

Disk Fragmentation: The files that the computer contained may spread its content in different regions of the disk which leads to fragment the disk further. Applications running in the Background: One shall not let various icons running in the background system tray.
