WHY COMPUTER RUNS SLOW?

Like Human beings, every computer deteriorates its functioning with aging.  It starts causing various kinds of problems including system frequently hangs up, computer takes more time to start up as compared to the time it used to take when it was new, or the most annoying and the most common problem – Computer runs at a pathetically slow speed. There are various reasons which hamper the speed of your computer. Some of them and their remedies are listed below:-

Your computer may contain several unnecessary and corrupted files. According to our survey, statistics put 94% blame on the storage of unwanted and corrupted files which hampers the speed of your computer. One shall disable the unwanted programs from the drive as not much space is offered for the system running.

One shall not visit malicious or not trust worthy links which may be the main source of the incoming viruses, Trojans and spywares. One shall run an antivirus check on a regular basis, for not letting the virus (if any) pertain its stay in the concerned system.

Always keep a check on the virtual memory of your system. Don’t let it reduce its existence which ends up slowing down your computer. To do so, one can simply right click on MY COMPUTER- Properties and select advanced tab within. Click on settings button and further opt for the reset virtual memory you want.

Make sure to keep your registry error free. Registry is quite important in the windows system. Registry often shows errors if the user frequently visit malicious sites. So try to fix that as minimum as you can. To avoid the same, you must scan and fix the registry issues regularly which make the speed of your computer much stable.

Storage of unimportant items in the startup program can also hamper the speed of your computer. Let firewall as well as antivirus program running in the background and remove every other program from the background. Use the MSCONFIG to retain or delete the items you wish to choose for start up.

Remove Cookies, unwanted downloaded files or temporary windows regularly to retain the speed of your system.
